Recent developments in the way the rights generated by the use of musical works over the Internet and in mobile telephony can be licensed means that SGAE can now directly license the use of certain repertoires in the whole of the E.E.A.
If you or your company is currently using or is considering using musical works belonging to SGAE direct repertoire in several European Territory such as the UK, France, Germany or Italy you will need a license from SGAE.
We are currently granting European licenses in the following business models:

- Music Streaming on Demand
- Mobile Telephone Ring Tones
