In this case administered

The regulation in this case of the new mere administered mandate contract is based on the provisions of article 156.6 in the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law (TRLPI).

In this case the mere administered contract is for copyright holders who do not want to be members of SGAE, but would like the entity to manage their rights. The contract will serve to define the area of management as well as the conditions for granting non-commercial licences by the copyright holder.

However, the rights and entitlements of signatories are more limited than those of members, and holders of these rights and entitlements are not eligible for benefits, programmes and grants for SGAE members

In order to open, edit and sign the documents, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Download or update it to the latest version.

REMEMBER:

You may send the application by e-mail to the corresponding SGAE headquarters or office. You can use an electronic or manual signature (in which case, the scanned document must be included). If you send it by e-mail, you must attach the required documents. You can either send a single application by attaching a zip file or you can send successive applications, duly identified, until the documentation is complete. Because of security measures, applications that include external download links (WeTransfer or similar platforms) cannot be accepted.
You may exceptionally send the originals by post to the address of your nearest territorial headquarters. Consult it here.

  • Do you want to receive alerts and information about the activities and news of the SGAE Foundation? You will not be sent more than one e mail a week and you address will not be shared with any third parties.
